Questions about plans
What happens when I reach 150 items on the free plan?
Nothing is locked or deleted. You can still find, edit, move, export and delete everything. Adding more items needs Home Premium.
How many photos can I add?
One photo per item and 250 MB of storage on the free plan. Home Premium has no photo limit and 20 GB for photos and receipts.
Can other people in my home use it?
The free plan is for one person. Home Premium shares one inventory with up to 5 people, and you choose who can make changes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your household moves to the free plan. Everything you added stays, and you can still edit and export it.
Can I get my data out?
On every plan. Download spreadsheets and a printable inventory, or a full archive with every photo and receipt.
What happens if I delete my household?
Your subscription stops and everyone in the household is emailed. After 30 days, the household, its items, photos and receipts are permanently deleted. Until then, an owner can cancel.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout based on where you live.
