Everything in Home is built around one question: where is it? These screens are from the app as it is today.
Photos of what's inside
Take a photo of an item or a box so you recognize it at a glance, then pick the one that shows up in lists.
- Add photos from your phone's camera or your computer

Receipts, warranties and value
Keep the receipt with the item, note what you paid and when the warranty ends, and get a reminder before it does.

QR labels and scanning
Print a label for any shelf, bin or box. Scan it with your phone to see what's inside without opening the lid.
- Prints on Avery Letter and A4 sheets, Brother and Dymo label printers, or a label size you enter, with names in any language
- Every label also has a short code you can type
- Scan a product barcode to find the item, or add it with its name filled in from Open Food Facts
Search that gets you to the shelf
Type part of a name, a note or a tag and see where each match is. Narrow it down by location, category, photos or warranty.
- Finds items even when you spell a word a little wrong
- Filters stay in the address, so you can bookmark a search
- Tags group things across rooms, like camping gear or tax papers
Shared with your household
Invite the people you live with. Everyone sees the same inventory, and you choose who can change it.

- Owners, admins who can add and edit, and viewers who can look
- Belong to more than one household and switch between them
Your data stays yours
Take a copy of everything whenever you like, on every plan, and delete your household when you are done.

- Deleting a household removes it for good after a 30-day grace period

Capture a whole shelf
Take a photo of each thing in a box or on a shelf, one after another. Every photo becomes an item, and you name them now or later.
Change many items at once
Select items to move them to another box, tag them keep or sell, print their labels or delete them together.
Import from a spreadsheet
Already have a list? Upload a CSV file, match its columns, check the rows, and Shelfes creates the items and their locations.
Locations inside locations
Floor, room, shelf, box and anything in between. There's no limit to how deep you can go.
A record of every move
When you move something, Shelfes keeps where it was and when, so nothing just disappears.
Undo a deletion
Deleted items and locations can be brought back for 30 days.
Readable on a weak signal
Install the web app on your phone. What you opened recently stays readable in a basement with no signal.
English and French
Use Shelfes in English or French. Switch whenever you like.
Suggestions from your photos
On Premium, add a photo and Shelfes suggests a name, category and tags. Keep what fits. Photos never leave Shelfes.
Your own fields
Add fields your household needs, like a model number or a room colour, and fill them in on any item.
Coming for businesses
Business plans are in development, starting with contractors and trades. Accounts you create today move to them without re-entering anything.
Stock on hand, by location
Every receipt, transfer and use is recorded, so counts add up and nothing is overwritten.
