Before you start
What does the free plan include?
Up to 150 items with one photo each, unlimited rooms, shelves and boxes, search, QR labels and exports. No credit card and no time limit. Compare plans
What do I need to use it?
A web browser. Shelfes works on your phone, tablet and computer with nothing to install, and scanning a label uses your phone's camera.
What do I need to print labels?
A regular printer with Avery label sheets, Letter or A4, or a Brother or Dymo label printer. Shelfes makes a PDF sized for the labels you choose.
Can other people in my home use it?
The free plan is for one person. Home Premium shares one inventory with up to 5 people, and you choose who can make changes.
Can I get my data out?
On every plan. Download spreadsheets and a printable inventory, or a full archive with every photo and receipt.
Where is my data, and who can see it?
It is stored in Canada, encrypted in transit and at rest, and each household is kept apart from every other. Staff can read a household's data only to give support. Read the details
